been available and professional. Maintenance normally takes care of any issues within 24 to 48 hours. The location is great for me. Everything I need is in the vicinity and I am very close to the number 1 bus route which takes you straight into town and the UT area within 25 minutes. I have read some of the reviews and they are very biased and unfair. The rent is possibly the lowest in Austin. I feel that some people just like to complain. This is an excellent complex. For the price great location and large apartments
The staff is very courteous and the maintenance crew always responds quickly with actual repairs. For the price i love the ... location and the size of my apartment. I wish the complex had a gym but everything else is on point. The google reviews are nothing like the actual complex.
